Description

Three Sips of Saki--three tales of wit, humor and mischief from the pen of H.H. Munro, known to the citizens of Victorian English by his pen name "Saki". Three Sips of Saki is three one act plays of three of Saki's best tales adapted for the stage by Pete Grady. These three sips of Saki's humor are

The Baker's Dozen--An aristocratic couple decides they have too many children--13--for after all, 13 is an unlucky number! To enjoy marital bliss, they must rid themselves of at least one--but how?

The Open Window--A nervous young man seeks quiet and rest in the country but is instead traumatized by a frightening story and sent scurrying back to London.

The Story-Teller--Rowdy children on a train trip with their aunt are calmed down and charmed by a stranger's story--but like Queen Victoria, the children's aunt is "not amused".
