Dr. Stuart is a professor of Library and Information Studies at the University of Iowa and has served as the Director of the Carnegie Libraries in Iowa project since 2004. The Carnegie Libraries in Iowa project (CLIP) works to collect and preserve documentation related to the building of Carnegie libraries throughout the state of Iowa.
