DESCRIPTION:We are moving and grooving to the 60's with an awesome chair workout! This is for those with low mobility or for our elderly remix supporters. This was so much fun for the instructors to create last class and are hoping more people will come through our doors to dance with us! We would love to try this out as a public event to see what you love. Our hope is that we can bring this to our senior center living in nursing homes or care centers this late spring and over the summer.
