Kate lives on a farm in Tama, Iowa, with her life partner, Kaleb Bidwell. She has always held a passion for agriculture and knew that she wanted to make an impact in the industry, wherever that led her. Kate grew up on a farm in Brooklyn, Iowa, graduated from Iowa State University at age 20, attended law school, and started a career as a Financial Advisor in January 2023 to help those around her reach their dreams. In 2025, she was chosen as the successor advisor of Jeff Krough and Gordon Leth in Marshalltown, Iowa. Upon their retirement, she will be serving their clients and maintaining the Marshalltown office location.

Kate helps with things like tax mitigation, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth accumulation. Gordon is married to Jean Leth, they have two kids, and two grandchildren. He has been representing Northwestern Mutual since 1984. He went to Drake for a bachelors in finance , and he went to the university of Nebraska Lincoln for a masters of business administration.
