Key qualifications include:

• Background in theology, divinity, counseling, or ordained clergy status with CPE
• Experience in hospice pastoral care or chaplaincy preferred
• Ability to support diverse faith traditions and spiritual perspectives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting spiritual assessments
• Providing pastoral visits and emotional support
• Participating in care planning meetings
• Supporting staff and families through grief and crisis situations
