Church Secretary/Office Manager

List of Job Duties: Primary duties include pleasant phone skills, computer skills, writing skills (to produce the church calendar, the monthly newsletter, prepare the weekly bulletins, prepare the Annual Report), operate a copy/scan machine, book meeting rooms, assist Pastor with duties as requested, work with contractors occasionally and other unexpected situations.

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Courteous phone skills; strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point, and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Part Time – 15 hours a week. Great position for a retired person who is not ready to completely retire.

Pay: $12.00 to $15.00 an hour, depending on experience and abilities.
