Description

Join Clare Veren in this 6 week Adult Barre Dance Class where Ballet, Stretch and Strength meet!  This class uses Ballet inspired exercises including plies, tendus and lunges to tone, stretch and strengthen muscles.  Wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing, ballet shoes, socks, or bare feet.
