Doula Carm Unplugged: Embracing Postpartum Together: Postpartum Support Group

The reality of postpartum life – sleepless nights, lack of showers, and the absence of supportive conversations – can be incredibly isolating.   This is a group where new moms can come together, share their experiences, and learn practical skills like baby massage, gentle yoga, swaddling baby, fostering connections, and building a community.  Carmelita Balderas, known as Doula Carm, has been a birth and postpartum doula since 2017; she is looking forward to creating a supportive environment for moms and babies.  She wants to break the silence surrounding the postpartum challenges and create a safe haven where no one feels alone.  She will help you embrace motherhood with confidence.   Doula Carm will facilitate discussions, offer solutions, and answer any questions from A-Z.  Register or call 641.351.4041 up until one day before the scheduled group (before 12:00pm noon).
