Our film series for adults continues on Monday, March 25 at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshalltown Public Library’s community meeting rooms.
Our movie license forbids the use of film titles in publicity; therefore, we invite you to play the movie guessing game!
This film is a 1989 American coming-of-age drama film directed by Peter Weir and written by Tom Schulman. The film, starring Robin Williams, is set in 1959 at the fictional elite boarding school Welton Academy, and tells the story of an English teacher who inspires his students through his teaching of poetry.
