Our film series for adults continues on Monday, July 28th at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshalltown Public Library’s community meeting rooms.
Our movie license forbids the use of film titles in publicity; therefore, we invite you to play the movie guessing game!
Our July film is a 1963 comedy film that introduced maladroit French police inspector Jacques Clouseau, who attempts to foil high-society thieves who have targeted a prize jewel called the Pink Panther. The film stars Peter Sellers, David Niven, Robert Wagner, Capucine, and Claudia Cardinale. Henry Mancini's score was Oscar nominated.
Join our film critic, Tom LaVille, for a great discussion after the movie, as well as free popcorn and lemonade. This event is free and open to the public, aged 18 and over. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library.
