Marshalltown – IowaWORKS will host the monthly Grab A Job Career Fair next Monday at the Marshalltown IowaWORKS center, 101 Iowa Avenue West, Suite 200, Marshalltown. In addition to special resource and job fairs, Grab A Job career fairs are planned for the second Monday of each month in 2025. 

This month’s event is taking place October 13 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Representatives from Marshalltown Community School District, H&R Block, and Childserve Ames will be participating, with openings that include full-time, part-time, and seasonal career opportunities as well as resources for job seekers. 

Available positions include Tax Associate, Team Leader, Client Service Professional, bilingual language assistant, bus monitor, bus driver, food service general worker, food service kitchen manager, Respite Assistant, Day Hab Assistant, Supported Community Living Assistant, and more.
