Thirty guests will be seated at each event appointed with fine china cups, saucers, and plates with silver. The delicacies of Scones with Clotted Cream, Strawberry Jam, and Lemon Curd along with chicken salad puffs, cucumber sandwiches, Blue Cheese- nut sandwiches, salmon and pimento sandwiches, lemon bars, chocolate treats, and fruit pastries are served from a 3-tiered stand. The Binford Blend Tea is served in Cozzie covered China Tea Pots.
