Join Iowa Young Birders and Marshall County Conservation for a morning at Grimes Farm during spring migration! Early May brings an exciting mix of birds returning to Iowa to nest or continuing their trip north, and the woodlands, wetlands, and grasslands of Grimes Farm provide excellent habitat for spotting them. We'll search for warblers and other spring specialties while learning tips for identifying birds by sight and sound. This trip offers a fun, relaxed, family-friendly opportunity to experience the magic of spring migration. Bring binoculars if you have them—loaner pairs will also be available.
