Description

Free, Live music and local food trucks return to the Leonard Grimes Memorial Amphitheater this summer at the Grimes Farm. The Friends of Marshall County Conservation will be offering the free 2021 Live and Local Concert Series 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Leonard Grimes Memorial Amphitheater at Grimes Farm 2349 233rd St., Marshalltown. The concerts are made possible by donations by the Ann C. Keyser Charitable Trust. Local food trucks will be there to supply supper, however participants can bring their own beverages and lawn chairs.

DSM Dueling Fiddles

Comprised of violinists Geneviève Salamone and Hanna Wolle, the Dueling Fiddles are an entertainment duo that mix the rich sounds of the violin with layered accompaniment for energetic and engaging performances. This Des Moines-based duo performs a wide range of repertoire, ranging from Celtic Rock to modern pop favorites that audiences of all ages will enjoy.
