Description

Come explore and celebrate the Mann Wetlands Wildlife Management Area, which protects 216 acres of wetland and riparian habitat south of Albion on the Iowa River.

A short dedication ceremony and recognition of special supporters at 10:00 a.m., followed by a guided hike of the area to discuss the restoration process. Weather and ground conditions permitting. Maps will be available for those who want to hike the area on their own. 

There are limited mowed areas and no trails at the site. In case of inclement weather, the dedication will take place at the Grimes Farm, 2359 233rd Street, Marshalltown.
