Marshall County Landfill Swap Shop

Description

The Marshall County Landfill Swap Shop will have an open house on Tuesday, May 20th from 4-6 pm. The shelves still have room for more useable household chemicals. Call the landfill at 641-752-0646 to schedule dropping off your household hazardous chemicals from your spring cleaning. If any of your items are still usable, they may be placed in the Swap Shop for others to take at no charge.

Swap Shop - You never know what you'll find!

Residents have access to free, slightly used products at the Swap Shop. When you visit, you'll find usable household cleaners, stains, and other products brought in by the public. Don't let the name fool you - you don't have to swap to shop.

The Swap Shop's inventory changes daily, but items you might find there include:

Brake fluid, drain cleaner, fertilizers (limited quantities), floor and rug cleaner, garden products (limited quantities), oil, sanitizers, stains and varnishes
