Description

The Assistance League of Marshalltown proudly sponsors the Missoula Children’s Theatre of Missoula, Montana. This theatre and performing program has been a huge success with kids and families and has become a Marshalltown tradition. The play is directed by two actor/directors and performed by 50 to 60 local young people. 

Students will have the opportunity to audition for parts and/or attend this year’s performance of Cinderella. Auditions will be held Monday, January 26, 2026, at First Presbyterian Church (101 S. Center St.) at 4:00 pm. Those who wish to audition must arrive and be registered by 4:00 pm and plan to stay for the full two hours. No advanced preparation is necessary. Approximately, 50-60 students will be cast to appear in the show.  Rehearsals will run from Monday, January 26th through Thursday, January 29th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church.  Dress rehearsal will be held on Friday, January 30th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Marshalltown High School Auditorium.  The show will be held on Saturday, January 31st at 1:00 pm at the Marshalltown High School Auditorium.
