The Historical Society of Marshall County (HSMC) - as part of its monthly "History on Second Tuesday" programs - proudly presents Dave Thompson - owner-operator of Thompson True Value in Marshalltown. Thompson will detail his family's 40 years of the hardware business in Marshalltown.

None. Program is free-of-charge and presented as a public service by HSMC to educate central Iowans about one local small businesses opportunities and challenges over 40 years. A free-will offering from attendees is strongly recommended. Proceeds enables HSMC to offer future programs and maintain the historic mansion.
