Job Title: Advanced Clinician

Brief Job Description/Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Clinician with a background in mental health, social work, or a related field to join our mission-driven team. This is a contract position, and clinicians will be paid by the billable hour for the services they provide. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work with a diverse range of clients, including youth, couples, and families. As an Advanced Clinician, you will build your own caseload, recruit clients, and promote the services you provide, all while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

List of Job Duties:

Provide in-office assessments, therapy, and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.

Promote your services and recruit clients to build your caseload.

Work independently while supporting the mission and vision of Quakerdale Family Services.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure services are billable.

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Master's degree (MSW, MA/MS) in social work, counseling, or family therapy.

Active licensure is required.

A strong sense of calling to ministry or service, demonstrated by a commitment to helping others through Quakerdale's services and community engagement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A belief in the capacity for individuals and families to grow and change.

A desire to work within a family-focused, strength-based program.

Passion for travel and willingness to serve families throughout Central Iowa.

Ability to pass child abuse and criminal background checks.
