Hay Construction is seeking skilled construction workers with carpentry experience in the construction industry.  Must have experience in the installation of doors, framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and door hardware.  We are a local company and most of our clients are within a 20-mile radius of Marshalltown.    

List of Job Duties:  

• Installing framing, doors, door hardware, metal siding, etc.
• Reading plans and specifications.
• Performing tasks in a timely, accurate, and safe manner. 
• Representing yourself to your fellow workers and clients in a respectful manner.

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

• Prior and proven experience as a construction carpenter.
• Well-rounded knowledge of construction processes and assemblies.
• Able to safely and correctly complete construction tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials required to complete tasks.
