Job Title:  Lead care giver

Do you have a heart for children and a passion for nurturing young minds? Elim Children’s Center is seeking a Full-Time Lead Caregiver to join our loving, energetic, and faith-based daycare team!

As our Lead Caregiver, you’ll take on a leadership role in one of our classrooms, guiding and supporting both children and fellow staff. You’ll create fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, lead daily routines, and ensure every child in your care feels seen, loved, and safe.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love for children — this is a must!
• Previous childcare or teaching experience (1 year experience as lead care giver required)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Making a real difference in the lives of children every single day

List of Job Duties:

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play
• Lead classroom management with patience and positivity
• Create and implement lesson plans and daily routines
• Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Help guide and support assistant caregivers

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: one year as lead care giver in a daycare setting is required.
