Mental Health Providers
Center Associates
We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team. As a mental health provider, you will provide assessment, counseling, therapy, and support services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and facilitate their journey towards improved mental well-being.
Our work spans over three counties with therapy and medication management onsite and telehealth; school based services; mental health urgent care; case management; community supportive services; emergency and evaluative services; community education and consultation and much more.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling and therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs and goals.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community resources to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current state licensure or certification as a License-eligible or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LEMHC/LMHC), Licensed or license-eligible Social Worker (LMSW/LISW), Licensed or license eligible Marriage and Family Therapist (LEMFT/LMFT), or Psychologist.
• New graduates are welcomed with supervision provided towards licensure during your tenure at Center Associates
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
