Join our fast-paced custom shop! This hands-on role focuses on production — including embroidery, garment printing, laser engraving, and order prep. Must be detail-oriented, 18+, and comfortable on your feet. Basic computer skills required. If you love creating and seeing projects come to life, you’ll fit right in!

List of Job Duties:

● Operate embroidery machines to complete custom apparel and gift orders

● Assist with direct-to-film garment printing and heat pressing

● Maintain clean and organized production areas

● Help digitize or prep artwork for production (basic design work, training provided)

● Assist with in-store customers or answer questions

● Maintain confidentiality of designs and customer information (NDA required)

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● Must be 18 years or older (due to use of commercial equipment)

● Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency across custom orders

● Basic computer literacy (navigating files, printing, inputting order info, etc.)

● Clear communication skills, both verbal and written

● Customer service mindset — polite, professional, and kind under pressure
