Brief Job Description/Summary: We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to work in our Grinnell warehouse. Our warehouse associate will work with other employees to ensure the smooth operation of our distribution center. Benefits include annual salary of $40,000, 401(k) with employer matching, 15 days annual paid time off, yearly bonus, and medical and dental insurance coverage.

List of Job Duties:

-operate forklift

-unload inbound tracks

-palletize items for shipping

-ensure the organized storage of our inventory

-fulfill other inventory duties as directed

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Able to lift and carry 50lbs

-Able to stay on feet all day

-Reliable

-Self-motivated

-Attention to detail
