Come celebrate our feminine design and learn how you can support your body and gracefully navigate the changes peri-menopause & menopause bring!

Women ages 35 and up are welcome to attend! We’ll cover some common issues and fears related to peri-menopause and menopause. We will also cover ways you can create health through mind-set, de-stressing, food choices, exercise, sleep, hormone therapy and intimate moments. This class will last up to two hours and will have time for Q/A and discussion. Come with any concerns and questions!
